(PARISS) is a biannual journal published by Brill in cooperation with the Centre for Conflict, Liberty and Security (CECLS). PARISS aims to promote plurality of thought, research and writing in order to provide a publishing space for contemporary social science authors from regions other than the Anglosphere. The journal encourages contributions that transcend disciplines, academic cultures, and writing styles.<\/span><\/p>\n

PARISS accepts articles written by one to three authors of between 7,000 and 11,000 words (including notes), as well as collective texts of between 10,000 and 25,000 words (including notes) by more than three authors. The journal also accepts book reviews, interviews, commentaries and shorter methodological articles of up to 5,000 words.<\/span><\/p>\n

Subjects\/areas of interest: Social sciences, international relations, global studies, sociology, anthropology, transdisciplinary approaches and arts and humanities.<\/span><\/p>\n
