      Since 1990, Cultures & Conflits<\/em> has been a quarterly thematic journal exploring the relationship between Sociology, Political Studies, Anthropology and the dimensions of the International (inter-state, global, technological, transversal) that require the rethinking of the traditional frameworks of Political Science, Classical International Relations and Polemology.\u00a0 The journal aims to analyse the various manifestations of conflict in all its forms, including deterrence, war, revolution, state repression, and other types of violence categorised as 'terrorism', 'mafia crime', or 'urban riots'. It also examines the more subtle yet tangible aspects of post-colonial situations, the acceptance of socio-economic domination, and symbolic violence.<\/span><\/p>\n

      The Centre encourages the publication of articles by authors from different disciplines, languages and stylistic traditions. The Centre assists English and Spanish speakers in reaching a French-speaking audience by translating their articles for Cultures & Conflits. Conversely, it promotes French-speaking Cultures & Conflits authors by offering them outlets in its English-language publications.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
