Gender Equality Plan

CECLS strives to create a fair and equal workplace. To this end, CECLS has developed a dedicated Gender Equality Plan (GEP), which establishes an operational framework for its research and management activities. Building on the stipulations and prescriptions defined in the Gender Equality Strategy 2020–2025, the GEP addresses the following key areas of work:

  • Work-life balance and organisational culture, especially with regard to care work;
  • Gender balance in leadership and decision-making;
  • Gender equality in recruitment and career progression;
  • Integration of the gender dimension into research;
  • Measures against gender-based violence and sexual harassment.
