The arrest warrants issued against Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant represent a significant development, even if they are unlikely to be enforced in the near future. The question of immunity arises due to inconsistencies between the jurisprudence of the International Criminal Court (ICC) and that of the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
